Reservation & Payment Schedule

Rental payments are made in stages as your arrival date approaches. Keeping these deadlines in mind will help keep your reservation on track.

At Booking 25% of the total rental fee is due to reserve your dates.

50%

90 Days Before Arrival At least 50% of the total rental fee must have been paid.

75%

60 Days Before Arrival At least 75% of the total rental fee must have been paid.

100%

30 Days Before Arrival The remaining rental balance is due in full.

Security Deposit
The security deposit is separate from the rental fee and is also due 30 days before arrival. Because the security deposit is intended to cover damage, cleaning, or other issues resulting from a group's stay, it will be refunded in full if the reservation is cancelled and the rental does not take place.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

If a reservation is cancelled, the amount of the total rental fee retained by Camp Wakanda depends on how close the cancellation occurs to the scheduled arrival date.

90 Days or More Before Arrival 25% Retained Camp Wakanda retains 25% of the total rental fee. Any rental payments already made above 25% will be refunded.

60–89 Days Before Arrival 50% Retained Camp Wakanda retains 50% of the total rental fee. Any rental payments already made above 50% will be refunded.

30–59 Days Before Arrival 75% Retained Camp Wakanda retains 75% of the total rental fee. Any rental payments already made above 75% will be refunded.

Fewer Than 30 Days Before Arrival Non-Refundable The total rental fee is non-refundable when a reservation is cancelled fewer than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation percentages apply to the total rental fee only. The security deposit is separate from the rental fee and will be refunded in full if the rental does not take place. Please refer to the Camp Wakanda rental agreement for complete reservation, payment, cancellation, security-deposit, and other rental terms.
