🎃 Allen Park Trunk or Treat 2025

Friday, October 24 • 5:00–7:00 PM

📍 Park Avenue (closed between Harrison and White Avenues)
Get ready for a magical evening of costumes, candy, and community fun at our Annual Trunk or Treat! This free, family-friendly event is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween in a safe, welcoming space right in the heart of Allen Park.

For Families & Attendees
  • Walk the Avenue: Park Avenue will be closed from 3:00–8:00 PM so families can stroll safely down the street. Vehicles handing out candy will be parked in decorated spots along the way.
  • Live Music: Enjoy festive tunes from DJ Mike Bowdell, keeping the energy high all evening long.
  • Trick-or-Treating: Collect candy and treats from dozens of creatively decorated trunks.
  • Costume Fun: Kids and families are encouraged to dress up and join the celebration!

 Location & Entrance
  • Event Entrance: Please enter on the east side of Harrison and Park Avenue to join the fun.

We’re proud to co-host this event alongside the Allen Park Farmers Market, celebrating their final market of the season at the corner of White and Park Avenue. This collaboration is made possible by the Allen Park Downtown Development Authority.

Want to Get Involved? While the event is free to attend, it takes a village to make it happen!
  • Sponsor or Host a Trunk: Local businesses, organizations, and individuals are invited to host a trunk and share promotional items with guests. Contact event leaders Kerri Van, Kathy Hollowell (Allen Park Presbyterian Church), or Jamie Horn (Allen Park Downtown Development Authority) for details.
  • Donate Candy or Funds: We gratefully accept candy donations (drop-off or via Amazon Wishlist) and financial contributions to keep the event safe and joyful.
  • Volunteer: From setup and decorating to candy distribution and cleanup, volunteers are the heartbeat of Trunk or Treat. Sign up below to lend a hand.
