Our church office is open by appointment only. Please call and leave a message if you need assistance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 313-383-0100. Everyone who enters the church, must wear a mask.
Pastor Tim Marvil is not able to visit anyone in person at the hospital at this time. He is available by phone or Zoom for prayer and concerns.
Our Deacons continue their work of keeping the church connected during the pandemic by maintaining contact with members and friends with phone calls, cards, porch deliveries, sunshine bags, meal train, sweets and treats, free medical loan closet, emergency food pantry, and more. If you need to feel connected, let us know. If you would like to help us keep in contact with a church member or friend, please let us know how we can pray for you.
IMPORTANT We do our best to only share prayer concerns when we have permission. Remember, not everyone with a prayer concern wants their information shared or made public. That does not mean we are unaware of the concern. When praying for those on our prayer list, please include "for all those in need of prayer who are not listed on our prayer list." If you need anything, please let us know. We will do our best to care for you. We are confidential and caring.
Our Prayer List - If you have a prayer concern that you would like listed in our prayer list, we need permission. Please contact someone on our pastoral care team. At this time, our prayer is only available by email. You must subscribe to our Constant Email and select Prayer Lists to receive our prayer list updates. Subscribe here: email. Periodically, we update our prayer list. If you have a prayer list update or a concern, please contact a member of the pastoral care team (see names below). Click here to make an update: update the prayer list.
Funerals and Memorial Services - We will not hold funeral and memorial services, at the church, until further notice. If you would like to schedule a graveside service, niche-side service in the columbarium, or would like to schedule a future memorial service, please contact Rita Javorski.
At this time, graveside or niche-side services are permitted with nine or less immediate family members only.
Our pastoral care team uses a pastoral care software program. When you notify someone on the team, the concern is made known to everyone through electronic means. It is never our intention to include or exclude anyone. If you have a concern, please let us know.
