Jazzercise offers a fun, calorie-burning workout for everyone. It’s a one hour, full-body workout set to great music you dance and tone-up to. The classes are in the Fellowship Building. Please contact the instructor, Colleen with any questions 313-378-9826
Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles—including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance—to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. Similar to Mat Pilates, this style has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles.

Lay-Led Study (Parlor and Zoom)
Join our lay-led study of the Book of Confessions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). The study will consist of six sessions exploring the creeds and confessions of the Book of Confessions.
Confessions hold a significant place in our faith tradition, as they signify our willingness to adapt our beliefs based on the word of God, the influence of the Holy Spirit in our lives, and our own introspection. This process of continuous reform is at the core of our faith. The study will be held on the third Wednesday of every month, except for December and January, and will end on March 24, 2024. It will be a hybrid study, held at 7 p.m., both in-person in the parlor and online through Zoom.
Here are the dates for each session:
